3 Day Quote Challenge-First Day of Three

Yes, a 3 Day Quote Challenge that is fun, informative and we get to meet each other.

Here is how I learned about the challenge.

Pulkit, from ImpossiblyReal… whom you can check out here, … recently nominated me for the challenge.

Challenge Rules:

Write 3 quotes, for 3 consecutive days and nominate 3 new blog(ger)s.

my First Day of Three

I will start with Abraham Lincoln, 1809 – 1865. He was the 16th President of the US and a grand human being.

“And in the end, it’s not the years in your life that count.  It’s the life in your years.”  ~ Abraham Lincoln

Moving on to Quote #2, we pay a quick visit to a wonderful lady, Maya Angelou, 1928 – 2014.  Quite known for her poetry and as a civil rights activist.

“There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.”  ~ Maya Angelou

And lastly, we will go further ‘back in time’ and listen to Rumi {(ROOM ee) long e sound}, 1207 – 1273.  He was a great Persian poet and many say he is now one of the most widely read poets in America.

“Rumi is one of the world’s brightest creative talents.  He’s on par with Beethoven, Shakespeare and Mozart.”  ~

“Let the beauty of what you love, be what you do.”  ~ Rumi

How ’bout that? An introductory quote bumped you up to getting four quotes today. YAY!

My 3 New Blog nominations are:

Mountain Girl Living in a Beach Town

Perfection is Quite Subjective

Procrastination and Creativity
